After Your Treatment
Aftercare Advice
- Avoid touching or massaging the treated area for 24 hours.
- Avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours.
- Sleep on your back if possible for the first night.
- Some swelling, bruising or tenderness is normal and will resolve within a few days.
- A review appointment can be arranged 2–4 weeks after treatment.
